A more curious behaviour we have have come across can be illustrated with the following data.
6 & 7 year gel cells were test discharged and found to fail as a group, the 80% rule. The banks was float-bus recharged, as would occur in a natural outage, and after about 10 days on float, a second test discharge was performed.
